So it ends….with a swooning effect
What can I say? What an interesting, sexy and quite an adventure to read the last and final Checkmate Series!!!! I have to say next to Travis and Viola’s story, I think Logan and Kayla’s has earned the second spot of one of the most swoon worthy and sexy/sweet couple!!! I was truly impressed on how this book series wrapped up and saved the best for last to end it with the most beautiful story indeed. The only thing I didn’t find appealing was that crazy drunk who abused the dog Kayla rescued and had the dog being adopted by Logan kept breaking into Kayla’s house to try to get his ‘neglected dog’ back?!?
I know it sounds crazy but if I was an professional radio DJ, I would dedicate two songs to Logan and Kayla. The two songs I dedicate to are Chaka Khan’s Into the Fire and Thousand Years Part Two from Twilight: Breaking Dawn part 2. I’m really glad I stumbled into finding the Checkmate series!!! What an amazing but somewhat erotic but one heck of a wild ride!!!
Anxiety in the best way
This is my favorite book of the entire series. Logan and Kayla are my favorite couple with Travis and Viola being a close 2nd

Gah, I can’t describe how this book tore at my emotions. It gave me just great feelings. I was pulled into this quickly and melting instantly. So amazing!
Kennedy Fox knows how to make their stories extremely heated while pulling at your heart strings and surprising you.
Logan and Kayla have officially been bumped up to my number one favorite couple.
These two will steal your heart and never give it back.
