Publisher Description
Hidden in cities across America are time capsules that have stayed frozen in time for years — mile-long steel factories; the birthplace of the intercontinental ballistic missile; an amusement park left as it was on its last day of operation before being devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Walk inside these infamous, abandoned relics and learn about the history of their demise.
Veteran urban explorers Scott Haefner and Jonathan Haeber have been featured internationally for their stark and vivid images of industrial archaeology and neglected architecture. Ten chapters include more than 200 photographs, many of them published in this book for the first time, plus interactive content including 360-degree panoramas and videos.

Amazing stories and photos
Really great job and a great use of self publishing. I have always been a fan of Scott's photos and this book was a nice way to read the back stories behind them.
Great Book , Great Photography
I've been a fan of Scott and his website for some time now, and this book is a great extension of his photography. The book is well laid out, the stories are well written, and being able to see the locations that Scott and Jonathan have shot in adds a level of understanding to the the distance these two will go for great photography and urban exploration.
I've spoken to Scott a few times via e-mail, and he's always been a great person to discuss with about urban exploration. Glad to support him and his photography.
