Between the pissed off creatures that want demon-hunter Lily Marks dead, and Julian, the fallen angel who just wants her, she's ready for a quiet 20 minutes with her favorite hamburger. If only her life could be that simple.
That she and Julian are even civil to one another, let alone sharing sexy times, is enough to have her fired from the Sanctuary where she works. Oh, and there's that tiny fact that she's suspected of being a traitor. Lily's life quickly moves from merely complicated to I-hope-I-can-survive-the-night.
She must discover the real traitor before she loses everything — and she'll need Julian's help. That is, if he's really there to do good. Yeah, being a Nephilim isn't everything it's cracked up to be, and staying alive has become her number one priority.

Great book!!! Had plenty of action, mystery, hot romance and great writing style!!
Highly recommend this book!!! Can't wait for more!!
What age group is reading this book?
I really couldn't finish it. The main character is, what, 24 years old? I though she acted 16. I couldn't connect with her or understand any of her half assed decisions. She was ridiculous and way, way too impulsive. I do not recommend this book.
Another great book
Jennifer Armentrout never disappoints with her books. When I read the info about the book (before reading it), I didn't realize it was told from duel perspectives. I loved Michael, Lily, and Julian. The story has an interesting twist on the Fallen Angel/Nephilim concept and is worth the read. Can't wait to see what else J. Lynn has in story for these characters.
