From the Author
This short story is a love letter, of sorts, to what is commonly referred to as "The Golden Age" of science fiction - the heady days of the 1930s - 1960s where spaceflight had only just become more than a dream and the possibilities seemed endless. I hope you enjoy my take on it.

Wish it was a longer story
It was really good for a short story. It makes me wonder what other technology exists and if we've already developed relay machines, but are keeping them under wraps. I'd love to travel by relay stations; who wouldn't? This story reminds me of a show I watched. 4.25 stars on Storygraph :))
Strange, very strange
Not my sort of topic but a very quick read none the less.
In my case, hardly believable.
