fun romance
This is a wonderful read with a fun trope: reunion of friends who fall in love. Ally comes back to town for a job, but an added bonus is the bachelor auction. Her former friend (and one-time crush) is on the auction block with an "anything goes" date. She needs a date to a wedding, and she's got money to donate to a good cause. Win-win. Until feelings get in the way, and the friends-only deal goes out the window. Can a long-distance love work, would either be willing to move, and is there enough love to bridge the gap in time and all the other obstacles? It's a wonderful HEA you have to read!
Weekend with her Bachelor
I loved this story. It was a wonderful ending to the series. Ally and Gavin have known each other since they were kids. This was a second chance for them to reconnect with that spark they back in high school.
My favorite quote from the book was Gavin's mom "I've never seen two people have more trouble getting out of their own way than the two of you." Everyone seemed to be able to see what Ally and Gavin had between them, except the two of them. It was a wonderfully sweet and sexy story.
A great book
Gavin Clark and Ally Beaumont were friends in high school and almost became more. Years later Ally decides to bid on Gavin during the Bachelor auction so she can ask him to attend a wedding with her.
I really enjoyed this book. The main characters were fun and really kept me interested. It was a good ending to the series.
