Very intense, full of personal accounts
Read this Roth book first! This book is just the beginning to Ms. Roth's books. It gets behind the mindset of compulsive overeaters. It will help begin your journey to healing as it also hits on other problems overeaters have such as isolation and lack of intimacy. Read slowly and take a deep breath. There is hope for you!
