Great exercises to loosen up muscles.
I've always had tight muscles, which limited my flexibility. I seldom do the necessary stretches before working out or other physical activities. Seeing how this manual was originally written for monks who meditated for long periods of time, I decided to check it out.
The descriptions are pretty well written, but some instruction can be hard to interpret. The pictures help a lot in those situations. Each chapter is short, yet detailed and gets straight to the point. No fillers.
After the first time I tried the first few forms, my muscles felt much more relaxed. I will continue to incorporate this whole sequence in my work out routines.
