Blazed

I was excited to be back with the Breakers world of hockey and I couldn’t wait to read Walker & Dommie’s second chance at love in Blazed. Let me just say I wasn’t disappointed and for me this is a great addition to one of my favourite series. Walker and Dommie haven’t had great childhoods and both have built walls to protect their feelings and that means it’s going to take a lot for Dommie to open up her heart again. Walker knows he messed up when he hurt the one important person in his life and now he needs to win her trust all over again…. So what does the future hold, one click to find out. Blazed is a captivating, sweet journey with characters you can’t help loving. I found myself cheering this couple on and I recommend this gem to all hockey romance lovers.

I couldn’t wait to read Blazed which is Walker and Dommie’s story and was a good addition to the Breakers Hockey series.
 
Walker is the forward for the Baltimore Breakers and is a player on and off the ice. Blazed is a fast paced, entertaining story that ticked numerous boxes for me. Neither Walker or Dommie had ideal childhoods, with both having erected walls for their own protection.

From the moment they met the sparks flew and it was entertaining to watch the push and pull dynamic of their relationship. When Walker realises that he wants more from Dommie he does what he has to but has a hard time getting through her defences.  
 
Their journey was rocky and there were times where I was convinced that he wouldn’t succeed. Can Walker convince Dommie to take a chance on them and in doing so forge a future together?
