    For those who know how Pete Evans has spent the last decade or more researching to be on the front foot as regards to health & wholeness for his own personal journey, then this book encompasses all his knowledge & wisdom plus his skills as a chef. Great tips, Keto recipes complete with carb/fat/protein breakdown amounts as well as more than just Keto basics. It’s great reading something by an author who walks the talk and whose own health is an inspiration.
