Publisher Description
Sometimes I wonder what my hockey career is worth.
Blood, sweat, and tears, sure.
But losing Ash?
I can't.
I shouldn't ask this of her.
To ignore the rumors.
To let go of the scandal.
To accept the spotlight.
To give up her dreams so I can chase mine.
Balancing it all, though?
Well, that's a different sort of torture.
I have no idea how long I can hold on without my past catching up to us.
And when it does?
Well, Ash deserves better than a screw up like me.
Customer Reviews
Enjoyable
I found Let Me Love You entertaining and easy to read and I was quickly drawn into the story that Ms. Rae wove.
If you haven’t read the previous books in the series I suggest you do that prior to reading Let Me Love You. This book catches us up on what has been happening in the previous couples lives and that was enjoyable
I really like these characters, they are easy to relate to and likeable. There was a lot going on within this book, with numerous points of view but Ms, Rae handled it well and the story flowed well..
We also got to learn more about Mia and the struggles she is going through and I cannot wait to see what Ms. Rae has in store for Mia in Don’t Let Me Down. .
Ticked all my boxes
4.5 Stars for Let Me Love You
I need to say that Let Me Love You is not a stand-alone and I recommend reading the pre books in the Don’t Let Me Series before picking this one up. This is a sweet, entertaining, easy read that brings us up to date with the life’s of the group of friends this series is built around.
I love the characters Ms Rae has introduced us too and I love books where I see where life has taken those characters so this was a win win for me. There are many changes in life as we get older and this group are experiencing lots of life changing moments, moving house, moving in together and surprise babies. Add in that this is a well written story that is easy to read and captivating and for me that’s a great read. Can’t wait to see what this author has in store for Mia in Don’t Let Down.
