Great idea. But despite all the talk of nutrition, there is not a single nutritional value given. It is quite obvious though, that the caloric value of most of these recipes is very high.....maybe the reason for not including the info.
All of the “muffins” are either frittatas or rissoles, but they do look good. I like the recipes in the back for the basics like sauces and broths.
