In the gas-lit streets of Alchester, where ambition and treachery walk hand in hand, a nameless assassin finds himself caught in a web of deadly intrigue.
The Assassin Without a Name has built his reputation on discretion, skill, and an unexpected appreciation for life's finer pleasures. But when a routine contract goes awry, earning him the unwanted attention of the ruthless Black Guard and the fanatical Jakaree, the Nameless Assassin is dragged into a conspiracy far more dangerous than any contract.
Enter Elizabeth West, a master thief, former flame, and the one person who might be more dangerous to him than any enemy. Together, they must navigate a treacherous landscape of warring factions, secret societies, and death priests hell-bent on restoring an ancient god to power. When dark technology meets ancient magic, their unlikely alliance becomes their only chance at survival.
In a world where every ally is a potential enemy, the Assassin Without a Name must decide who to trust and what price he's willing to pay for the truth.
Perfect for fans of gritty sword and sorcery fantasy and morally complex protagonists, this first installment in the Assassin Without a Name series will transport you to a world where every alliance comes with a price, and one assassin's choice could save a city or condemn it.

Assassin
This was a very good read. I enjoyed the twists and turns. It kept my mind occupied and intrigued.
Ultimately, Boring
Simple plots, undeveloped characters, easy to read, boring.
I stopped reading half way through so stories may have improved later.
