That said, it's a lot of fun. In a post WWIII U.S. divided by caste, teenage America Singer and her family are Fives, struggling musicians and artists. In love with a Six, America is headed for a life of servitude and hunger, until she is chosen for the Selection a contest through which Prince Maxon will pick his princess. The Bachelor Vs. The Hunger Games
This book mixes elements from both the "Hunger Games" book series & the television series "the Bachelor." It's an easy & good read. The ending left me wanting more. However, at times, American's love life is a little frustrating from a reader's perspective.

AMAZING BOOK
It was such a good book to read! I loved it! I 100% recommend it to anyone who’s looking to read it. I couldn’t put this book down EVER. I was always on the edge of my seat while reading, and that so rarely happens to me, as I am extremely picky when it comes to books. Basically I’m telling you to read it and be prepared to throw it, yell, swoon, and fall for the characters alongside America.
SPOILER ALERT
I love how America slowly falls for Maxon! The only thing that I dislike is the fact that America so willingly cheats on Maxon with Aspen even when Aspen broke her heart.
