Publisher Description

Jason is a member of Nexus, a secret organization with a singular purpose: eliminate crime and protect the innocent. As a Nexus operative, he is a Mind Bender and can implant thoughts into the minds of others. It is a dangerous and powerful gift that sometimes has lethal consequences, and forces even the best Mind Bender to see the world through a lens of doubt and suspicion—constantly wondering what's real and what isn't. Within Nexus, Jason is a rising star and he’s madly in love with a ranking member—the woman of his dreams. Life could not be more perfect.

But when he’s forced to take down an old friend and, as a reward, is further advanced into Nexus, he learns its darkest secret and must ask himself what he believes in. And if it’s worth turning against the woman he loves.

Gripping

I don't normally read short stories but this was a delight. I read it after enjoying the Phoenix Conspiracy so much and it didn't disappoint. Wonderful
Imagination and truly gripping. Could be expanded to make a great film.

Excellent short story

I really like this author. I very fine imagination. This is a very gripping short story. I would highly recommend it.

It's also a great start to a film treatment. So if there are any film producers out there, please consider this and the authors' other work. There is great potential here!

Betraying Nexus

After reading Phoenix Conspiracy had to find something else by this talented writer. Betraying Nexus is another wonderful piece of fiction. The authors characters and story lines are quite believable.
Maybe it was just my "Trekkie" mindset when i saw the cover that made me choose Phoenix Conspiracy as my first venture into this weaver of tales, but it wont be the last.
Looking forward to reading the rest of the Phoenix series.
As someone how enjoys Futuristic based literature and escapism all I can say is I can recommend these books to everyone.
