At last!!!
I have been waiting to read about Gage Ryder since forst meeting him several books ago. His HEA has been hinted at for a while with his friend and co worker Sally Tuft.
They met 5 months after the tragic ski acciedent that claimed the life of Sally’s husband, leaving her to raise their son alone. Through the yerars Gage and Sally work and relax together, never giving in to their mutual attraction for each other. Many think that they are actually a couple, given how close they are and the events they attend together. Gage also becomes a confidant to Rusty, Sally’s son.
Five years on and one night, during a conference in Las Vegas, things take a dramatic turn and the must decide if the outcome is worth changing their relationsip for.
I absoulyety adored this book and read it so quickly. I have also enjoyed the audio version. I found BJ Harrisons voice to be soothing and easy to listen too.
Well worth the wait
I have waited what seems like forever for this book. There have been mentions of Gage and Sallys relationship in other Ryder books. They have been friends for a few years, with Sally's son Rusty looking u to Gage since his fathers death. When Gage and Sally find themselves in Vegas for a youth convention, thing take a turn which neither of them saw coming. (Ross and Racheal come to mind). once they calm down they have to decide how to move forward and who to tell. Deciding on telling everyone at once, they have their first family crisis. They have to fly to Cape Cod and get Rusty out of trouble. When he finds out he thinks his friendship with Gage will change. I loved this book and how it ended. Well done Melissa it had me in tears twice.
