Awesome follow-along workout video
I already completed the first workout and I was quite shocked to feel how intense it is. Do not underestimate it. Even though it is only 4 minutes long, my muscles are already fatigued and lungs are on fire. Quick intense workout for those who have limited time. Thanks and can't wait to do another workout.
