Carly has already been introduced within Swank’s Rose Gardner crime series, but this spinoff provides greater character development—and a deeply compelling backstory. This book is perfect to settle down with for an afternoon and devour in one session. A must-read for any fans of thrillers with a Southern Gothic twist.
