A swoony small town holiday romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix!
Break in for benefits?
When a friend offers me a week at her family’s home in Maine for the holidays, I say ‘yes’ so fast I forget to say please. As a single mom, time to myself is impossible to come by.
I’m barely in the house when I’m mistaken for a burglar. When the lights come on, I discover the broody FBI agent who found me is Noah Tate, the off-limits older brother of my best friend from high school.
Noah was tall, dark, handsome, flirty, and popular back in high school. I kept my secret crush on him under wraps. I was above all that now. Except the chemistry burns so hot between us the air crackles with it.
We’re snowed in, so maybe we can make the best of it.
Noah & Sasha’s story is perfect for readers who love: friends to lovers, slow burn, broody FBI agents, small town gossip, emotional romance with a dash of angst, plenty of swoon and all the feels, and a protective hero who’s more than ready to prove a sassy heroine wrong.
*A full-length, standalone romance.

Sasha and Noah
All I Need is wonderful start to the Haven’s Bay Holiday series. I loved the snowy start in this story with Sasha spending 3 weeks around Christmas at her best friends family home and with Noah her best friends older brother surprises Sasha that he is spending 3 weeks at the house too. Sasha and Noah’s relationship is intense and it sizzles with a few twists. I love how J H Croix draws you into the story with great chemistry between the characters and a wonderful story. All I Need is an absolutely a wonderful romantic story and you will have a difficult time putting it down. I highly recommend reading this book and you will enjoy reading it.

Noah and Sasha
Sasha arrives in Haven’s Bay for a vacation at the family home of her friend, Thea. This will be the first Christmas without her daughter, Quinn, since she wanted to go on a ski trip with her aunt. Sasha thought she’d have the house to herself, but she finds out differently when Noah pulls a gun on her. Noah works for the FBI and left his shift and came straight there from Boston. He didn’t think a burglar would bring their dog to rob the place, but still wasn’t expecting anyone to be at his family home. Noah tells Sasha she can still stay because the house has more than enough room. Noah and Sasha have amazing chemistry and he tells her he’d like to date, when they return to Boston. No spoilers, so grab your copy and see what happens.
