NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • Beloved author Emily March returns with a warm and uplifting novel about a small town with a big heart. Welcome to Eternity Springs, a little piece of heaven in the Colorado Rockies.
Gabriel Callahan has lost everything that mattered. All he wants is solitude on an isolated mountain estate. Instead, he gets a neighbor. Vibrant, no-nonsense Nic Sullivan is Eternity Springs’ veterinarian, and she has an uncanny plan to lure this talented architect back to the world of the living. First with a dog, next with a renovation project, and, finally, with a night of passion that ends with a surprise.
Now a man still raw from tragedy must face the biggest struggle of his heart. Can he forgive himself and believe in the power of second chances? Dare he trust in the promise of a future and a brand-new family here in Eternity Springs?
BONUS: This edition includes an excerpt from Emily March's Reflection Point.
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
This irresistible novel, first in March's Eternity Springs contemporary series, grips the reader's attention in the first few pages as an abandoned, injured dog saves the life of Gabe Callahan, whose deep-seated pain can only be healed by love. Gabe brings the dog to the Colorado town's big-hearted veterinarian, Nic Sullivan, a woman of grace and beauty who stitches up his wounded heart with all the care she lavishes on the hurt animal. Both have a hard time believing that fate has brought them together, but as Nic points out, "It is weird, but we do weird here in Eternity Springs." The novel's erotic scenes have a veiled, romantic touch, and March (a pseudonym for bestseller Geralyn Dawson) displays a special talent for characterizing the close bonds of female friendships. As Nic and Gabe's lives grow suddenly complex, a special troupe of women rally around the lovers and keep them headed toward happy-ever-after.
Customer Reviews
Good book. Well written
I really enjoyed this book. The “hero” was very flawed. Of course, he was redeemed by the end of the book. Both of the main characters had suffered loss, loss of trust, loss of family, loss of willingness to allow anyone else to get close. The setting of the book was actually a major part of the plot & it’s a place that makes you want to spend time there. Buy this book. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Wonderful
Wonderful story. Has characters and a town you'll fall in love with. Couldn't put the book down and had to rush to get the next books in the series so I could see what happened next. Highly recommend this series!
