I loved, loved, loved this book from start to finish it had me intrigued, I couldn’t put it down. This is a definite must read. It is a five star for me. Kate Hardy I love your books.
This was hard to read, painful slmost
This author is clearly not American and didn’t even attempt to research how people speak in Montana. It’s pretty hard to suspend your disbelief about a story when the characters use British slang in a rural Montana town. Literally so annoying, I kept finding myself editing it into a more appropriate voice. Piss poor editing by the publisher.
But honestly, it wasn’t hot. It wasn’t sexy. The characters repeat themselves endlessly, the dialogue is stilted and it’s just not a believable premise that these two people with no discernible chemistry get so involved so quickly. This author is not very good. Skip it and read Lisa Kleypas instead.
