Be mine sweet Betty
Here we go with another absolutely scrumptious play bear who can’t see the forest for the trees. Thank goodness he finally opens his eyes, with a little help from some higher ups and some friendly competition, before he lost the perfect sow for him. The author started the sparks flying from the very beginning of this book and by the fireworks at the end I was completely hooked. I don’t often want to re-read a book as soon as I get to the last page, but this is one that I would love to start reading all over again now that I’m done. I can only hope the next book in this author’s library is just as amazing.
They love to hate each other!
Betty Wilson and Crush Martinez have known each other for years, being members of the same clan and went through school together. Betty has always had a “crush” on Crush, but he is way out of her league. They have worked at Lance’s Auto Repair for many years. Betty has come up with a new computer program to help streamline Lance’s businesses, but Crush is dragging his feet about learning to use it. Betty can’t figure out why he is being such a big jerk, but she is about done with it! When her boss forces them to work together to get the new system up and running, it will be a toss-up who explodes first! Can these two figure out how to work together without killing each other, or will their “Bears” have to take over?
