Short spicy
Overall loved the book. Could not put it down. As someone who has trauma and is a single mom reading this story definitely was amazing to read. It was really amazing to see someone I related to so well, have such an amazing dark story with a fairy tale ending. The spicy times felt like porn previews instead of the whole story.
Word Choice & Other Issues
My mom always told me that if you keep using the same word over and over again you just aren't smart enough to think of a better word.
Case and point: This book.
It's as if the author was having a one person contest to see how many f-bombs she can drop on one page.
Other issues: the ridiculously long prologue, lack of research to make the mob centered plot believable, and the constant back and forth between point of views. Just tell it in the third person and move on.
Amazing must read
I love love love this book. It brings all my wildest fantasies to life.
