“I never ever want to say goodbye to the Stark world! And I hope I never have to…” BJ’s Book Blog
Growing up, I never expected to have so much love in my life. My childhood had been a nightmare, but despite our challenges, my life now with Damien and our daughters is nothing short of miraculous. Even better, we have a baby boy on the way, and I’m walking on clouds as I await the big day.
These final weeks should be magical, but when my mother appears on our doorstep with a promise that she has changed and a plea for us to welcome her back into our life, I’m suddenly adrift in a sea of uncertainty. Now, I’m floundering once again, tossed back into the nightmare of my past. And as the whirlpool of memories and fear once again tries to suck me under, I can only hope that Damien’s strength is enough to pull me back again.

New arrival
The love between Damien & Nikki continues to shine through as they prepare for the arrival of their baby boy while navigating the arrival of an unwanted visitor. Still desperately in love after all these years, the Starks always make for a steamy & entertaining read.
Stark Saga Continues!
Back in the Stark Universe, “Embrace me” picks up where “Cherish Me” leaves off. Nikki is pregnant with a baby boy Stark. We have returns of some of our precious characters from the series, Eric and Bree, along with our regulars, Evelyn and Frank, and our less than appealing Elizabeth Fairchild. This is a wonderful continuation of the Stark saga and a must read for Stark Universe fans!!
Checking in with the Stark Family
The is a very quick, well written story with a cliffhanger-esque type of ending. The sweet moments, the low angst, the fun banter between Nike and Damien, it’s all there. I love Nikki and Damien, and I love that the author has been able to successfully continue their story, but I think I might be over all the little novellas about their family. It’s great that their story has evolved, and while the chemistry is still there, I miss the ultra steamy sexy times from the beginning, and honestly I’m not a super fan of kids in my romance stories especially when they start playing bigger roles in the storyline. I will say, if the storyline continues down this path, I hope we get to see the oldest daughter, Lara, start dating, and get to see how Damien handles that.
