Publisher Description

Joe is a 62-year-old senior executive who has been working for the same company for the past 20 years. He comes to see you because he feels as though he has lost his enthusiasm for his job and worries that this is affecting the quality of his work. He thinks a lot about the future of his organization and says the younger employees do not respect the knowledge and experience of older employees. Sara is a 50-year-old manager who has worked hard to move up the corporate ladder but complains about not having the motivation she had when she was younger. She is bored with her job and has thought about leaving her company, but she is afraid to make this change. She is less comfortable with technology than her younger colleagues and worries about whether she can keep up. She has been getting a lot of calls at work lately because her mother has been ill, which has increased her stress level at work.
