Great cooking class about Macaron
This is a great cooking class about baking some French macarons from Alain Ducasse Institute. It gives you 10 tips on making macarons successful. Then it introduces you to 10 recipes which are complete with clear instructions and pictures, so you would know what to expect. Some recipes include buttercream fillings and others for ganache fillings. As you master his techniques, then it is really up to you to be more creative with flavor combinations, and developing your own recipes. The recipes are easy to follow, and easy to understand. This book also includes video, if you need more visual instruction.
