Publisher Description
Life's not simple. Neither is love.
I'm twenty-four, and ahem... inexperienced.
When a blind date doesn't change that status, Theo volunteers for the task.
Who's Theo? Just the guy I've been crushing on for six months. Yeah, him. Tall, broad and handsome and gah, now he's even got a beard!
He's diligent. Very focused. Skilled. And impossible not to fall for.
Except he's only up for a fun time. A wild romp or two.
No way would he have any romantic interest in someone like me. Why would he? He's an intense, brooding doctor—and, oh yeah, a billionaire—and I'm a goofy first grade teacher barely making ends meet.
When my goal changes from man-made O's to the man himself, I know I'm in trouble.
Because he's no longer a crush, but someone I might actually love.
With all the books in the On A Manhunt series, it’s always open season on men.

Heartwarming, fun, and steamy
I really enjoyed Theo and Mallory’s age gap, grumpy-sunshine, opposites attract, fish out of water, almost-virgin romance. Theo was a trauma surgeon in the big city but decided he did not like the numbness in his life. So he bought into a family practice and moved to small town Hunter Valley where his brother has settled. Mallory is a 1st grade teacher who is tired of her lack of sex life and decides to rectify that. Theo is not a part of Mallory sex plan but after an unexpected encounter he decides he definitely will be. Mallory announced she was going to marry Theo when she saw his photo the first time months ago but since they’d never met it was more of a spontaneous announcement than a plan. Theo and Mallory’s journey from scheduled bed mates to HEA requires growth and baggage unpacking for both of them. It’s a heartwarming journey with big feels. The story was well written and included witty dialogue, three dimensional characters, and an engaging storyline. It was full of sweet moments, steamy scenes, chuckles, drama, supportive friends, messy/dysfunctional families, painful pasts, feels, and all the love. I cannot wait to read the messy love story of the next James brother.
Fun, but needs editing
I really enjoyed the first two books in this series. This one was fun, too. But the mistakes were hard to look over. A misspelled word or two I can understand. But changing narrators accidentally then switching back in the next paragraph can get confusing. I realize the process can require rewrites, which is what I assume happened here, but please please please catch it in editing. I really like Vale’s funny sexy style; I hate to get hung up on this…
