A steamy good time
Chef, Zoe Westin wants nothing more to make a place for herself in this world, without the influence of her father, the Fire Chief of Station 8. Alex Donovan, is a hot head firefighter who always seems to end up in trouble of mostly his own making. Throw them together for a month and sparks certainly fly. Zoe's idea of a good time is not to manage Alex while he volunteers at the food kitchen but over time, their budding friendship turns into something more and Zoe may be the one that turns a little reckless. This is revamped version of a previously issued story.
The name says it all or does it?!
This story had it all, the HOT firefighter and the strong woman he falls in love with. It was steamy, fun and exciting and I felt it all the way through. Zoe runs a food bank and trying her hardest to keep it running and Alex is a man that likes living on the edge. Together they teach each other how to follow the rules and still take risks in life your living. Definitely a recommended read!!

RECKLESS is the first in Kimberly Kincaid’s RESCUE SQUAD series, about the firefighters at Station Eight. Alex Donovan is a passionate firefighter and his convictions at times have him as a bit of a loose cannon. When his determination to check for trapped people lands him on probation and he’s assigned to work that suspension at Zoe Westin’s shelter, sparks fly. The problem? Zoe is Chief Westin’s daughter, and she’s a rule follower for the ages.
For her part, Zoe is thrilled to be using her hard-earned culinary skills to feed people who need it, and having to oversee a cocky hotshot for a month is not her idea of a good time. When Alex offers her the chance to step outside her comfort zone while agreeing to respect her boundaries and rules, they both learn a lot about themselves…
Kimberly Kincaid’s writing is stellar as always. Alex and Zoe leap off the page, as does the crew and family at Station Eight. Reckless is a fantastic story, and I am eagerly awaiting the next in the series.
