So good, could not put down
Sheriff Barron addresses the group of men and women gathered around in the foothills of Crazy Mountain on a blustery cold day in early April. William Reed escaped from a prison transport yesterday. He was seen on camera stealing a car from Bozeman with the license plate and this car here is it. The state police are on their way and sending a helicopter from Bozeman also. But they aren’t familiar with the Mountainous terrain as you are. You are the select group of people I trust most to handle this situation. James McKinnon listened silently as he tugged up his coat collar from the cold wind. Rucker, his Bay gelding pawed the ground impatiently. James had chosen Rucker because he was the most sure footed for the manhunt they were about to conduct, James was worried about leaving his wife and daughter at the ranch with the escaped convict loose in these hills and his sons deployed in various military activities. This is the VERY BASIC beginning to a wonderfully delightful romantic suspenseful story you just can’t put down, with a few twists. I know I couldn’t put it down. Absolutely loved this.
