Shell (Bargaining for Advantage) offers a guide to a more fruitful life based on his popular "Success Course" at the Wharton School of Business. In the first part of the book, the reader learns about developing his or her own definition of success a process that includes determining the ideal life to lead and redefining happiness as something beyond family, friends, and fortune. The most engaging, relevant and impactful “self-help” book for career pathing
I’ve started and given up on a lot of books that are targeted toward career changers and those who are unsure of their career path. This book, however, was captivating. I took notes throughout of key takeaways I found relevant to my journey, and I know I’ll keep referring back to this book and recommending it to friends.
