Hard to put down.
I randomly started in the middle of this series, and it was also my first C.J. Box book. Boy I’m glad I found him!! This book was so entertaining. An easy and thrilling read. It’s got action, mystery, suspense…and it’s clean cut. Great writing and it feels like watching an amazing movie in my head. Can’t wait to read more.
Terrific story that you won’t want to put down
What a story this is! Gripping tale of murder and corruption at the highest levels in a small county in Wyoming. Governor Rulon enlists Joe Pickett to be his eyes and ears but to not get too close and let professional law enforcement close the case. Somehow Joe can’t stay out of it.
