This book REALLY HITS YOU EMOTIONALLY at the end…holy moly…was not expecting it. This story is set in what reads like a beautiful winery. Georgia and Eli are working to save their best friend’s wedding. It completely works. The tension and yearning are on point and I am NOT an angst girl, but I loved it. Georgia knows she is flawed and acknowledges it. She knows her coping mechanisms are not healthy, but she needs them. I respect this. She is not perfect and by the end, she is finally able to honestly ask for what she needs. Eli’s character is a bit of a mystery for a portion of the book. I would have loved more of his POV. That is the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star read for me.

I read You, With a View by Jessica Joyce last year and I loved it!
The spice was well paced, it didn’t feel trope forward and the characters had depth, chemistry, and a whole lot of history between them. This was phenomenal and it told a “coming of age” story without a bunch of flashbacks or a non-linear timeline. Loved!

I cried reading this. Beautiful story and love the characters so much. So much depth of emotion. 10/10!!!
