I found this book to one of the easiest and most applicable ways to incorporate a healthy way of eating. Highly recommend.

Not vegan

To save anyone else from buying this in error, the reviews and summaries suggest this is an amalgam of paleo and vegan but actually it isn’t. Full of fish and chicken recipes along with salads etc. and very little in the way of analysis. Disappointing but mainly because of the misdirection.
