Entertaining
It was good to be back in Romeo, NY and as with the previous books in the series, this was an entertaining well written story which ticked a number of boxes for me.
We have met Gavin Williams before and I was interested to see what Ms.Ready had in store for him. When Gavin wakes up in a hospital in West Virginia he has no memory, he doesn't know who he is or about his life. Believing that Gavin owes her, Jamie Sutton believes that he owes her and convinces him that he is her husband and the father of her children.
This starts a journey which was witty, at times outrageous and fun. There were moments that had me laughing out loud as Gavin struggled to fit in all while trying to get his memory back.
It was entertaining to watch their relationship develop. What will happen when Gavin’s memory returns? Will it be the beginning or the end for Jessie and Gavin?
