Publisher Description
Book-loving librarian Jessie has loved Gavin Williams for practically her whole life. So when a psychic predicts that Gavin is Jessie's one fated soul mate, she's ecstatic.
There's just one itty bitty little problem.
Gavin's engaged to marry another woman.
What's a book lover to do? Easy. Check out dozens of romance books, study the (totally realistic) way characters fall in love, and make a foolproof plan on how to win her soul mate (in one week).
Meet cute? Check.
Dance under the stars? Check.
Kiss in the rain? Check.
Romance books don't lie – it'll all go perfectly.
Except, there's another problem. Gavin's twin brother: William Williams IV.
Jessie has hated William for as long as she's loved his brother. William is grump to Jessie's sunshine, stand-offish to her extrovert, cold to her warm. And when William learns of Jessie's plan to derail his brother's engagement he swears that he'll do anything to stop her.
But after William and Jessie (unwillingly) share a dance…a romantic dinner…a kiss…Jessie starts to wonder, is William actually her soul mate? Or is this just another one of his games?
She can't tell, because this romance definitely isn't going by the book.

Entertaining
It was good to be back in Romeo, NY and as with the previous books in the series, this was an entertaining well written story which ticked the boxes for me. Jessie has loved Gavin for years but as he is engaged to another, she knows that there is no hope. That is until Miss Erma, a psychic predicts that Gavin is her soul mate.
Determined to get him to fall for her, Jessie sets out with a plan of attack to capture his heart once and for all. However the best laid plans can fall apart and this is what happens to Jessie in the form of William Williams IV, Gavin’s twin brother who Jessie cannot stand.
When a series of mistakes sees Jessie and William kissing, she begins to question her feelings. Could the feelings that appear to be sizzling between them be real or is William doing whatever he can to stop her from destroying his brother’s engagement.
There were moments that had me laughing out loud as plans fell apart on both sides. It was also entertaining to watch Jessie slowly but surely realize that she has been in love with the wrong twin for years. I loved the journey that Jessie and William found themselves on; it was fun, romantic and entertaining.
