A great addition to the Moonshne Series M
Ace has always been that one night stand kinda guy, until he walks into The Cafe one day and spies the new waitress, Violet. Even though Violet has a wedding ring on, Ace can see the sadness and misery in her eyes and all Ace wants to do is put a smile on her face. When Violet's husband goes to jail for abuse, Ace finally has his chance and now he wants so much more than to just put a smile on her face. He will wait for her as long as it takes.
You could feel Violet's pain and not wanting to move ahead too quickly. And you could just swoon over Ace being the very patient gentleman. You could feel the love between them and you just wanted Violet to take that next step because you know that Ace would be perfect for her. Even though I found this story to move very slow, it had a good story line. I like that there was a little side story about Caleb ... getting you prepared for Caleb's dad's story in the next book.
