A good ending to the series
Caleb is Mason`s son and he has grown up through the series and now this is his book, when he is in his mid twenties and a rookie on the Moonshine Task Force. He is having supper with his buddy when he overhears the couple at the next table. The man is threatening the woman and she is just sitting there with her head down when Caleb interjects. The man ends up in jail from an outstanding warrant and Caleb feels he has to help the woman. Ruby has just been on one bad date after another, always attracting the losers. It doesn`t take long for Caleb and Ruby to give into the electricity between them.
I found the beginning of the book very good and then the middle was kinda boring with not much happening ... except the sex scenes. But by the end it picked up with lots of twists in the story. All in all a good ending to the series.
