Publisher Description
The Churn is a novella that expands the world of James S. A. Corey's New York Times bestselling Expanse series - now a Prime Original TV series.
Before his trip to the stars, before the Rocinante, Amos Burton was confined to a Baltimore where crime paid you or killed you. Unless the authorities got to you first.
The Expanse series:
Leviathan Wakes
Caliban's War
Abaddon's Gate
Cibola Burn
Nemesis Games
Babylon's Ashes
Persepolis Rising
Tiamat's Wrath

The Expanded Universe
Good detail story giving earth background. A tight read with a neat plot and an interesting revelation.
But I am still mad that publishers sell me bits of other books hidden under this title. Without telling you those bits are there. You should be able to buy 'clean', unadulterated editions, even of novellas, without the 'if you enjoyed blah blah you'll like blah blah', and 'Oh you already paid us for a bit of those. Ha Ha.'
So only three stars for the publisher, did I mention I'm still mad at them?, but the novella deserves more.
