Sandra Bruce, FACHE, is president and chief executive officer of the newly combined ministries of Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care. Previously, Ms. Bruce was president and CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, and prior to that served as president and CEO of Mercy General Health Partners in Muskegon, Michigan. Her career began at Berrien General Hospital, where she eventually assumed the role of CEO. Ms. Bruce is a past chair of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Health Association of the United States, the Michigan Health & Hospital Association, and the Idaho Hospital Association. Ms. Bruce served on the Health Quality Planning Commission in Idaho and is a past member of the American Hospital Association's Commission on Workforce. She also chaired the AHA Section for Aging and Long Term Care Services.
