Meditation for Beginners. ((((( Excellent )))))
If you are interested in learning to meditate by using a method, or focal point, that is with you wherever you might go, this may fit your needs. The instruction is clear, concise and demonstrated in a nature of honoring our humanity in spite of all our any facets. I have listened to several instructional audiobooks on meditation, many are excellent, but have found this one to be by far the best. (for me) Jack Kornfield's spirit seems to speak to you as much as his voice. I *highly* recommend this audiobook. Enjoy.
