Boondocks
Casey Peeler did an outstanding job with this book!!! It was an amazing story of a boy who wanted to break away from his fathers hold and make something of himself.

I want to hang at Boondocks!
Boondocks! I want to go hang out at every place Casey Peeler describes and writes about. With an unusual and tough upbringing, it's a breath of fresh air when Walker sees and hears Chauna for the first time. She has a great facade going of a happy life until he is able to peel back the layers of what lies just beneath he surface. If these two can overcome their obstacles in life, anyone can. Go pull up a seat at Boondocks and enjoy the view.
