Amazing Read!
Wow!! This book was amazing from beginning to end!!
This is the second book in The Rescue and Redemption series and it was full of suspense, action, mystery and a hot romance between Drew and Emery.
Emery is a waitress undecided about life, her circumstances at home are not ideal specially when her mom's boyfriend is making her living at home very uncomfortable. She finds herself without a place to live until her best friend Izzy suggests for her to move in with Drew, her older brother and long time crush of Emery.
Drew is a detective in the small town of Cedar Falls. Currently he is investigating a case that is consuming most of his life until he finds an unexpected house guest. Drew knows he can't cross the line with her little sister's best friend but he finds himself absorb in everything that is Emery.
Their slow burn romance is sizzling hot and Drew becomes instantly protective of Emery but there is a criminal out there that needs to be put behind bars and when the unexpected happens everything is on the balance, emotions run high and the suspense and mystery will keep you at the edge.
Will Drew and Emery have a HEA? You have to read and find out... and with that said I can't wait for the next book in the series.
