Best book by Holly
I love most of what Holly writes but this book - this I've read probably five times, and I'm picky about my vampire fiction. In fact, most óf the lore in this went against what I typically prefer but it was still so dang good... you just didn't want it to end. The characterization was so compelling, the plot just drew me in, and the conflicts, twists, and arcs kept me, at least, filled with wonder. It's one of those books you wish you haven't read so you can experience it for the first time again. The anti-hero can be awful but also so human, and he knows this. I'm sure I'll read it again. Enjoy.
My favorite book
Literally the best book I’ve ever read in my entire life. Holly Black is an artist and this is a masterpiece.
Amazing Book!
This book had me from page one, with the suspense and action rising. I felt as if the book was glued to my hands and I couldn’t set it down. Tanya is an amazing well developed character, who not only saves the day and surprises herself even with that act of heroism, but she ends up falling in love. The scarifies and thrills of this page turner keep the pace up. This is definitely a book to recommend. I absolutely loved it.
