Fanstastic book of quotes
The format of thing book is simple: there is a quote and then the following page elaborates. This could potentially be used as a daily encouragement quote a day however I read it all together. Due to how it's made, it only took me 2 days. If you're an avid reader you can finish this in one day actually. The quotes deal with all facets of leadership and there are some extremely good pointers. This is the type of book you keep referring back to during the various phases of leadership.
