Good book.
A really sweet romance between two deserving people
Both Valentina and Lucas are not looking for a relationship. Valentina has left the protective home of her parents to work at a perfect job at a resort. She has led a rather sheltered life as she has had little to no experience dating. Lucas was married to his daughter, Rylie’s, mom but discovers a secret after she dies. His whole life is centered on his daughter, and he’s not looking to have a relationship. But Valentina is just so honest and so kind, she’s hard to resist—and she’s a gorgeous redhead, too. With a sweet little 6 year old in the mix, these two find that they actually need each other, and even though they try to avoid having a closer relationship, their chemistry is difficult to deny.
